Blushing In Love
Outside the weather has turned chilly and we are huddled inside playing dress-up and drinking hot chocolate. The snow here reached about 6-10 inches, I know that’s a wide range but I technically never measured it and everyone I ask says something different. February seems to be slipping away, we are looking forward to a more active summer than last. We are so fortunate and grateful for all the locals and West Coasters that we got to see and who helped keep us sane day to day this past year.
But I think we are not alone in looking optimistically at the upcoming season and all the tourists that we love and have missed. I refer primarily to those drawn to our beloved town whether it be for the rodeo, the quilt show, the folk festival, the snowboarders and mountain bikers, the hikers and those just craving a Western adventure.
Valentine’s Day just passed and I know that means something different to everyone. This year besides the fine jewelry and amazing rocks, geodes and more that I am utterly obsessed with, I am overcome with the love for Sisters, for the people and the mountains that make everyday one to fall in love with.
